Pardat is developing a hyperscale data center campus in Yguazú, Alto Paraná, on 22 hectares of company-owned land within a designated industrial zone. The project is designed to reach Tier IV standars and to operate on one of the world's cleanest power grids.

Our Values

Designed for 99.995% uptime on mission-critical workloads.

Cooling adaptable to both air and liquid workloads, with a target PUE at or below 1.15.

Responsible water stewardship, targeting one of the lowest WUE figures in the region.

Capacity delivered in 25 MW phases, on shared infrastructure built from day one.

Infrastructure

Three Systems That Define the Campus

Redundant Power Architecture

Dual 220 kV feed from a substation served by independent circuits, on-site backup generation, and support for auxiliary loads.

Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling

Latest-generation HVAC design, delivering higher thermal dissipation and better energy and water efficiency for high-density workloads.

International Connectivity

1.2 Tbps of capacity over the fiber corridor linking Paraguay to Brazil and the wider region, with alternate rings meeting Tier IV concurrency requirements.

Solution

Why Tier IV?

01.

Fault tolerance

Continuous operation through the failure of any single component, with no service impact.

02.

Redundant systems

Full redundancy across critical systems, with emphasis on independent electrical circuits.

03.

Concurrent maintainability

Modularity that allows any element to be serviced without stopping operations.

04.

High availability

A 99.995% uptime target — the standard mission-critical workloads require.

05.

Continuous cooling

Cooling is maintained without interruption during a power event, not just server power.

What is a hyperscale campus?

A facility built to host compute at wholesale scale: capacity measured in tens or hundreds of megawatts, delivered to a small number of clients who contract entire halls rather than individual racks.

Why Paraguay?

It combines three uncommon conditions: abundant hydroelectric power, a fiber corridor connecting directly to Brazil and the region, and an investment framework suited to long-horizon infrastructure.

What underpins availability?

Tier IV design: full redundancy across critical systems, tolerance to any single component failure, and the ability to maintain the facility without interrupting operations.

What workloads can the campus host?

AI training and inference, regional cloud, wholesale hosting, and data-intensive processing including densities that require liquid cooling.

How is capacity contracted?

Capacity is offered by data hall or by power block, under long-term agreements. Reach out and we'll set up a technical and commercial conversation.
